GRANT DEED
PATRICK H. SULLIVAN and MARGARET E. SULLIVAN, as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee,
all of their right, title and interest in the following described property
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A portion of Lot 10, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 19 1932,
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 10; thence S890 50' W a distance
of 60.00 feet; thence S 0° 07' E a distance of 4.00 feet; thence
N 890 50' E 60.00 feet; thence N 0° 07' W a distance of 4.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing .0055 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be

THIS AGREEMENT, executed thi ;Q/5 day of _�.- iiL%Y/Z/ 19679
by and between PATRICK H. SULLIVAN and MARGARET E. SULLIVAN, hereinafter
called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .005 acres, more or less, lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property conveyed to the City, when construction
money is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $156.00 for the land being conveyed
to the City plus $30.68 for the loss of a tree, less $360.00
for the new sidewalk, curb and gutter, leaving $173.32 to be paid
by the Grantors to the City upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, slope the bank in back of the sidewalk,
revise the driveway in kind and pave out the street to the new
gutter.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Grant Deed dated October 30 ,
19 67 , from Patrick H. Sullivan and Margaret E. Sullivan
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded YAy 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California., and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer
