T1 found no detectable gas or hazard at the stove. T1 released E2. Resident stated the stove was going to be replaced and wanted the gas turned off. T1 turned off the gas at the range and the main Unit 2 meter upon resident's request. T1 advised resident that the gas company would have to be called to turn the gas back on. T1 personnel also received report of a gas leak next door in the sidewalk. T1 personnel found measurable gas coming from the in ground gas meter box. T1 requested gas company. Upon arrival, T1 gave turnover to the gas company. Gas company found measurable gas in the meter box and stated it would be a quick repair and no need for fire to stay at scene. The gas company also stated they would place a lock on the Unit 2 meter valve. T1 cleared the scene without further incident.
