THIS AGREEMENT, executed thisZl day of 19
by and between JOHN A. LMM and FLOSSIE A. LUND, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .005 acres, more or less,
lying along Johnson Avenue.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the
entire frontage of the property conveyed to the City, when construction
money is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $240.00 for the land, plus $45.00
for the loss of tree and shrubs, less $92.00 it would have cost
to construct sidewalk at the old line, leaving $193.00 to be
paid by the City to the Grantors upon execution of this
agreement.
4. City agrees to furnish all necessary engineering and legal
work, relocate utilities as necessary, remove the old curb
gutter, construct a short wall behind the sidewalk to retain
the front yard, revise the concrete driveway, adjust the house
walk as necessary, shorten the side yard fence and pave out the
street to the new gutter.
