officer or his agent.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of . 19 ,
by and between JOHN W. DAVIS and RAMONA R. DAVIS, hereinafter called
Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .006 acres, more or less, lying
along Johnson Avenue.
2. Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the
entire frontage of the property conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $198.00 for the land conveyed to the
City, plus $7.00 for loss of landscaping, plus $142.00 to reconstruct
the P.C. concrete driveway, making a total of $347.00 to be paid
by the City to the Grantors upon completion of the improvements
set forth in paragraph number two.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering, legal work,
relocate utilities as necessary and pave out the street to the new
gutter.
