to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded Nay 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official.
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

inafter called.Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS.OBISPO, a' municipal
corporation, hereinafter. called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall - convey to the'City `.001 acres, more or `less,
lying along•Rockview Place as shown on :the attached sketch.
2. City agrees to pay Grantors $11.70 -for the land conveyed to
the City upon execution :.of,the'required..documents.
3. City, agrees to realign and reconstruct 'Rockview.Place, to .
revise existing driveway in kind, that "is :affected by,-.the
street realignment,. to relocate utilities as required because
of the street realignmefii . and to make a 2 1 slope .on � -the . bai�k
in the front yard.. This work'is to be done when construction
money is made available.

by and between RICHARD H. BARNHILL, JR. and MILDRED L. BARNHILL, here-
inafter called 'Grantors, and,the.CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convpy to the City .001 acres, more or less,
lying along Rockview Place as shown on the attached sketch.
2. City agrees to.pay "Grantors $14.70 for the load conveyed to
the City upon execution of the required documents.
3... City agrees.to realign and reconstruct Rockview Place, to
revise existing driveway in kind, that is affected by.the
street realignment,'to.relocate utilities as required because
of the street realignment and to make a 2:1 slope on-the beak
in the front yard. This work is to be done when construction
money is.made available.

by and between MADELIENE HOFFMAN, hereinafter called Grantor and the
CITY OF SAN LMS CBISFO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
City, eitnesseth:
L' Grantor shall convey to the City .017 acres, more or less,
dying along Rockview Place as shown on the attached sketch.
2. City agrees to pay Grantor $223.80'for the land conveyed
.to the City,upon execution of the required documents. City
also agrees to pay Grantor. $30.00 for loss of the tree.
3. City agrees to realign and reconstruct Rockview Place,
construct new steps from tse street up to the front yard,
slope the bank in the front yard at 2:1 and relocate .
utilities as.required because of the street realignment.
This work is to be done when construction money is made
available.
