J. W. LIND, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a:
Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to
construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace,
increase and /or change the number and /or sizes of pipes, accessories
and appurtenances, for a sanitary sewer system under, along and upon
that portion of Lot 26 of the Mt. Pleasanton Square, as shown on the
map recorded in Book 3, Page 24, in the Recorder's Office of the County
of San Luis Obispo. Said easement to be 5 feet either side of the
following described centerline.
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 26; thence Westerly
along the South line of Meinecke Street a distance of 7 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence Southerly parallel to the Easterly
property line of said Lot 26 a distance of 46 feet to a point on the
line dividing Lots 26 and 27.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be subscribed

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 10th day of February , 1970, by and
between J. W. LIND, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor agrees to grant to the City a 10 foot wide sewer easement
across Lot 26, Mt. Pleasanton Square as shown on the attached
sketch for the sum of $138.00.
2. City agrees that upon completion of sewer line construction to bear
all costs of replacement of shrubs, trees, lawn and fences.
