Dated; January 20 , 19.70 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED TO CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO The following resolution is hereby offered and read: WHEREAS, by Agreement dated July'5, 1967, between San Luis Coastal Unified School District (hereinafter called. School) and City .of San Luis Obispo (hereinafter called City), it was agreed that School should quitclaim to City certain real property after City had completed certain street improvements as required by said Agreement, and WHEREAS, said improvements have now been completed by City and said Quitclaim Deed should now be consummated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ,ORDERED by the Board of Education of the San Luis Coastal Unified School District, as follows: 1. That the Quitclaim Deed by which School quitclaims certain real property to City is hereby approved In the form set forth In the attached document marked ".Exhibit B" which Is hereby incorporated herein by reference as though here fully set forth. 20 That the President and Clerk of the Board of, Education be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of School. 3.
