HOME SALES CORPORATION, a California Corporation, as Grantor; hereby grants
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the
following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to
construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace,
increase and /or change the number and /or sizes of pipes, accessories
and appurtenances, for a sanitary sewer system under, along and upon
that portion of Lot 10, Tract 351 as recorded and filed May 11, 1966s
Volume 7, Page 18 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder. Said
easement being 5.00 feet wide measured at right angles and parallel
to the Northerly line of the existing easement as shown on said Tract
Map.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused its name to be subscribed
