Key Actions:
Zero-tolerance enforcement - no roadway gatherings,
immediate response to illegal behavior
Multi-agency collaboration - 23 allied agencies deployed
Public safety focus - roadways and sidewalks clear
Outcomes:
•4 arrests - (PC 647(f) – Public Intoxication)
•40+ citations - 20 by SLOPD, 20 by CA ABC
•Overall incidents much lower than expected
