An easement 15 feet in width lying West of and North of the following described line, beginning
at the last mentioned point thence North 27. 10' West, parallel to and 15 feet from the Westerly coz
a line of the above mentioned Tract #223, 245 feet more or less to a point which lies 15 feet SouthwestQC
of the most Northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block E of Tract #223, thence North 62° 50' East, 15 Cr2
feet to the most Northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block E of Tract #223, thence along the Northerly
line of said Lot 1 on a curve to the left having a radius of 325 feet through a central angle of 23. 21'
29 ", a distance of 132.49 feet to the property line return at the intersection of Clover Drive and

An easement 15 feet in width, 7 1/2 feet on either side of the following described line, beginning
at a point on the boundary of Tract #401, as said Tract is shown on map recorded in Book_ 7 of
maps at Page 45, and on file in the office of County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, said
point is on the extension of Oakridge Drive and is a lot corner common to Lots 6 and 7 of Tract.
#401; thence North 890 57' 29" West, 6.18.feet along said Tract boundary to the true point of
beginning; thence North 36° 00' West, 9.00 feet; thence North 841 47' 10" East, 335.20 feet;
thence North 890 21' 20" East, 141.57 feet; to a point called "A "; thence South 210 47' 05" East,
42.69 feet to a point which is at the centerline of Al -Hill Drive and the boundary of Tract #120
as shown on map. recorded in Book 6 of Maps _at Page 4, and y
on file in the office of the Count
Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, said point is the terminus of 15 foot easement.
