THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the corporation Grand .Deed dated August 14
19 72 , from Delta Terminals Incorporated
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this / 4� day of > ,197
by and between DELTA TERMINALS, INC., hereinafter called Grintors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City, for street widening purposes,
.182 acres, more or less, lying along Prado Road.
2. Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along Prado
Road from the westerly property line to the bridge (approximately
280 feet) and do the earthwork to bring the widened street to
subgrade.
3. City agrees to base and pave out the widened street to the new
gutter and to construct the balance of the required curb, gutter
and sidewalk (approximately 50 feet) at such time as the bridge
structure on Prado Road is widened.
