Dear Council Members,
I would like to express my concerns re. The above General Plan Amendment for the Broadstone Village
Phased development.
I found the attached development mapping difficult to follow due to so few street names on the map. The
lack of street names makes it difficult to place this project within the urban geography of our City.
I was also concerned with the placement of the development within the historic context of the Octagon
barn.
I would appreciate it if the CHC would comment on this project and its relationship to the Octagon barn
and other potential historic sites.
