Dear City Council,
I am writing to express my concerns about the proposed Broadstone development, including the annexation and the use of public
funds for the related bypass road.
This project would significantly change the character of the area, increase congestion, and divert taxpayer money toward a traffic
“solution” that does not actually fix the real problem. It also opens the door to more sprawl and long-term environmental impacts. I
urge the Council to reject this plan and prioritize projects that protect existing neighborhoods and use public funds responsibly.
Specifically, I am opposed to rezoning to a higher density to what has already been planned for.
