Subject:Please Condition Broadstone Project Approval...
Dear Council Members,
I strongly support making sure that the proposed Broadstone project be approved, but approved with a
stipulation to include a multi-use connector from LOVR to S. Higuera along the creek.
The existing path around this area, is highly trafficked and quite dangerous. There is no way of widening
the substandard lanes at LOVR and Higuera. Cars and trucks frequently wander across lane markers, in
the narrow lanes, and at times into the very small bike lane
??????.
This is a perfect opportunity to complete a missing segment in the overall City to the Sea trail network.
I appreciate the hard work all of you do in support of a high quality of life in our wonderful city and your
support of bicycle and pedestrian safety.
