Dear Councilmembers,
I strongly support making sure that the proposed Broadstone project be approved with a s?pula?on to include
a mul?-use connector from LOVR to S. Higuera along the creek.
There is no way of widening the substandard lanes at LOVR and Higuera, where cars and trucks wander across
lane markers and, o?en into the miniscule bike lane there. Trucks, in par?cular, are too wide for the lanes as
currently configured.
This is a once in a life?me to complete a missing segment of the Bob Jones Trail that would otherwise be a
missing link in the overall trail network “from the city to the sea”.
