Micah ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Micah Smith < Date: Tue, Apr 1, 2025 at 3:50 PM Subject: Broadstone Development and Los Verdes To: Cohen, Rachel <rcohen@slocity.org> Hi Rachel, Hope you are well. Regarding Broadstone, I own 70 Contenta, LVP2. I would like to point out, if it is not already well known to you, that the exit from LVP2, left onto LOVR is dangerous and poorly designed. Adding a new road for Broadstone is interesting, but why not consolidate both intersections into one round-a-bout that serves both developments in a safer and more rational way? Please condition the project to improve site access to LVP2. See my sketch, attached, for your reference. -- Sincerely, Micah D.
