CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
1. Grantor reserves the right to landscape any portion of the easement
with vegetation having a root system not potentially injurious to the
Grantee's facilities.
2. Grantor reserves the right to use the easement in conjunction with
the development of the Grantor's adjacent fee, except that improvements
shall not be constructed within the easement except under the follow-
ing conditions:
a. Any improvement, or future modification of an improvement, shall
not commence until written approval is received from the Grantee.
b. No physical obstruction which would prohibit free access by the
Grantee to any portion of the easement shall be constructed with-
in the easement..
The use of the easement shall at all times be subject to the paramount W

rights of the Grantee to use such easement for the purposes for which
it was originally reserved and if in the course of operation, mainten-
ance or restoration of facilities or construction of future facilites
it becomes necessary for the Grantee to remove any improvements within
the easement, including those improvements previously approved by the
Grantee under the provisions above, such removal shall be accomplished
by the Grantee without responsibility for restoration or replacement
of such improvements.
3. Grantor waives all rights to compensation for damages to any of the
Grantor's real or personal property, within the easement, resulting
from the use of the easement by the Grantee.
4. The provisions hereof shall inure to the. benefit of and bind the heirs,
successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.

EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER (OFFSITE)
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Parcel B of Parcel Map no. SLO 307 -72, as per map
filed in Book 9 Page 98 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of San Luis Obispo County included within a -strip of land
10 feet wide, lying 5 feet on each side of the following described line:
Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said Parcel B;
thence North 68° 47' 20" West along the Southwesterly line of said
Parcel B a distance of 72 0. 00 feet; thence North 28° 59' 40" East
27.15 feet to the TRITE POINT OF BEGINNING; then ce North
1.2° 50' 42" West 355.67 feet.
