The foregoing grant is made subject to all liens and encumbrances which
may affect the area described therein, and the word "grant" as used herein
shall not be deemed to be a covenant against the existence of any thereof.
City agrees that the foregoing grant shall be without effect insofar as
the application of any building setback provision of any city ordinance to
any of Pacific's existing or future substation facilities on Pacific's
adjoining lands is concerned.
In the event that City's use of the area dedicated to street and utility
purposes herein shall at any time or times necessitate a rearrangement, relo-
cation, reconstruction or removal of any of Pacific's facilities then existing
within said area and City shall notify Pacific in writing of such necessity,
Pacific shall proceed to effect such rearrangement, relocation, reconstruction
or removal, and City agrees to reimburse Pacific for its costs in complying
with such notice.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and bind the respective
successors and assigns of City and Pacific.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Pacific has executed this instrument this
day of July, 1974.

of the State of California, hereinafter called "City," an easement for a public
street, and for public utilities, within the strip of land situate in the City
Of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described

Beginnin g the brass capped monument referred to in the deed from
Pacific to William O. Hall and wife dated February 24, 1959 , and recorded
in Book..986 of Official,Records . at page 76, San Luis Obispo County
..Recorder,..as marking ,the' southerly corner of the parcel -of land
described in and excepted from said deed dated February 24, 1959, said
monument being.in 'the-northeasterly boundary line of Walker .Street, and
running thence northwesterly, along the boundary line of Walker-Street.,
6.3 feet; thence,northeasterly, paralleh wit_h.the southeasterly boundary.
