Description
We have had multiple branches fall onto the railroad safety trail and all have been from private trees. The last major
branch that came down was last night and we sent out crews this morning to clear the path. Could you serve an
abatement notice to trim all the trees along the safety trail? The stretch that is the worst is owned by the same
company. The address I pulled from google earth is 1150 Laurel Lane
I have attached images of property lines from city works as well as images of branches that came down last night.
I think it would be best to try and get this done before Arbor Day and especially before storm season comes.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Nick Niles
