Attached are the most recent TCO extensions for all six 1150 Laurel Ln tenants dated
1/11/24 with expiration dates of 4/1/24.
Suite #175 Cal Fire was subsequently extended an additional 90 days to 7/1/24 and then
an additional 30 days to 8/2/24. If there were any extensions after that, that record would be
with Mike.

Hi Chuck,
I reviewed the outstanding items, and we will be extending the expiration date on the TCO’s
for 1150 Laurel Lane, this includes the Cal Fire tenant space. Trevor and I have not been in
the office together since before Christmas, but we should be able to sort out the paperwork
before the end of this week.

We just got a note from CalFire saying they are cutting rent if they do not receive notice from us that
the TCO is approved today. An email from you suffices of course. Is there anyway you can send that
email to me today? I do not require the official paperwork. I am happy to pay the TCO extension fee
of course. The loss of rent is substantial.

I think I got it right…
Can you please review the TCO app for the 6 outstanding
permits? If I need to amend something I will. If not, Please
share invoice so I can pay online.
