Thanks for the response Chuck. Talking it over with my supervisor, it has been determined that
as long as the gate is left open during all open hours for both Bang The Drum and the CalFire
offices, it is compliant.
But there will need to be a barrier such as fencing between the stored construction materials
and the drive path to the accessible parking.

The rear gate has been left open since we received this notice. Bang the Drum has the
gate code and the gate is only closed, if at all, after they close for the evening. It is open
during business hours (both typical work hours of both the warehouse and Bang the
Drum).
