While on a scheduled inspection for permits
associated with the subject address the
building inspector observed a room
constructed in the middle of a warehouse
area. The room was constructed of drywall,
and framed with steel posts and wood.
Electrical modification were observed to
provide receptacles within the room. There
was no ceiling on the room. The room was in
use as a martial arts gym area.
