San Luis Brick, Inc., hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, as Grantee, the following sanitary sewer easement in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis - Obispo, State of Cali-
fornia, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer- line within that
portion of the 60 foot wide strip of land shown as Pacific
Coast Railroad on the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, as per
Book 1, Page 92 of Record of Surveys in the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, lying southerly of the
westerly prolongation of the northerly line of that certain
easement described in Document No. 31504, recorded August 10,
1976-in-Vol. 1915, Page 125 of Official Records in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo and bounded
on the South by Orcutt Road.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any im-
provements. damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying
of said sanitary sewers, or by GRANTEE in maintenance, repairing,
operating, or removing any sanitary sewers in said easement, and
shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original
condition as possible.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT executed this 21st day of December , 1976, by and
between San Luis Brick, Inc,, hereinafter called GRANTOR, and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called
CITY, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall grant the City a 12 foot wide sanitary
sewer easement over that portion of the strip of land
60 feet in width, shown as Pacific Coast Railroad on
the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, as per Book 1, Page
92 of Record of Surveys in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State-of California, lying immediately northerly of
Orcutt Road.
2. City agrees to pay the sum of two hundred fifty ($250.00)
dollars to Grantor as full payment for said easement.

RE: McMillan Sewer Assessment District
We have obtained an additional sewer easement in the future widening area
of Orcutt Road to accommodate a change of plan expected to reduce traffic
problems. This change will cause a reduction in the Contract Cost for
the District. The cost of the easement obtained from San . Luis Brick, Inc.,
is $250.00, which is identical to the costs of the other easements for the
District. The contractor has agreed to this change in writing, (per Change
Order No. 1 - not yet.submitted to Council.)
Transmitted herewith is the original signed Easement. Document in addition
to an agreement (executed' by San Luis Brick, Inc.) for the payment.
It. is my recommendation that the easement and agreement be.approved by the
Council and cause the easement to be recorded and a purchase order be made
payable-to San Luis Brick, Inc., for the sum of two hundred fify dollars
($250.00).
