A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING OVERLAY IS INCLUDED AS ACRUCIAL PART OF THIS PROJECT TO ALLOW DENSITY EXCHANGE BETWEEN LOT LINES.PERTHE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODESECTION 17.90.060(A)(2), ANDCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION65915(D)(2)(B), THE PROJECT AS PROPOSED IS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ONE INCENTIVE OR CONCESSION,BECAUSE AT LEAST FIVE PERCENT OF THE TOTAL UNITS ARE PROVIDED FOR VERY LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. THE LOCATION AND DESIGN OF THE ART WILL BE DETERMINED AT A LATER DATE.THE PROPOSED MIXED-USE PROJECT IS LOCATED ON AN APPROXIMATELY 17-ACRE SITE THAT CURRENTLY HOUSES THE WAREHOUSE APARTMENTS AND FORMER CRUX CLIMBING GYM.
