Good morning, Hannah,
I hope you are doing well. I am the manager for the Laurel Wood Estates Homeowners Association located off Laurel
Lane. The Board President, Niel Dilworth, sent me the message below regarding the proposed project adjacent to the
association near Camden. Would you please put me on the ‘contact list’ for this project? Also, do you have any
renderings, or other plans showing the proposed project you could share with us?
The construction work next door to us on the large parcel is to add a second story to the warehouse to provide
ground floor office space and second story housing. A smaller version of the same idea will be built to the south
of the existing warehouse. Three story, 35' high, apartments will be built along the property line with Camden
Lane. Along Laurel Lane a multi story building with ground floor retail and upper floor(s) of offices and housing is
proposed.
Plans for this project have recently been submitted to the City Planning Department. The planner is Hannah
Hanh, hhanh@slocity.org, 805.781.7432. You can contact her with questions and ask to be put on the contact
list for this project.
