SUBJECT: SBDV-0081-2020 (1150 Laurel Lane)
Review of a minor subdivision creating four new parcels (SLO 19-0114). Project
is categorically exempt from environmental review.
Dear Laurel Creek, LLC:
On June 8, 2020, I reviewed your 1150 Laurel Lane. After careful consideration, I have
approved your request, based on findings and subject to conditions, as noted in the attached
Director's Resolution No. 20-02.
The approval expires after two years if the final map has not yet been recorded. On request, prior
to the expiration of the original approval, the Community Development Director may grant a time
extension, pursuant to City Subdivision Regulations Section 16.10.155.
