Thank you for the May 10, 2022 resubmittal for the subject project. We have reviewed your application and
found it to be complete. The project has been tentatively scheduled for a decision by the Director no sooner
than May 23, 2022.
We reserve the right to request additional information to clarify any changes or additions that are made to the
project description in response to this letter, as our completeness determination is based on the material
provided with your application. Any substantial modifications to the submitted project description may reset
the project timeline under the Permit Streamlining Act and could result in additional fees.
