Dear Mayor Stewart and Council Members,
Thank you for all the effort and work you have put in on the Major City Goals for 2025-2027.
I am proud to live in a City/ Community that is willing to keep Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a major City
Goal. Thank you.
I am writing this to thank you for including "Cultural Vitality, Economic Resilience and Fiscal Sustainability" as
one of the six top major goals.
Supporting our Downtown and all of our local business's with programs such as "shop local and eat local" are
so important for their continued success. Supporting the Cultural arts and the Cultural Arts district is key to
keeping our community engaged and growing. I think we all all be pleasantly surprised when we see the report
on the benefits to our community with Art Council Report.
All of us who live here, want to see SLO continue to improve, to be a good place to live and work and enjoy.
Your actions and commitment to the Major City Goals will make that happen.
