BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to receive and record a deed from Sinsheimer Bros. deeding to the City of San Luis Obispo the following described property: Real property in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows: The Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 4; the .West .half of the Southeast quarter and the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 5, and Lot 48 of Township 31 South, Range 14 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat or plats of the survey of said lands returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General. RESERVING, however, to the Grantor fifty 50 %) per cent of the oil, gas and mineral rights in said property. To this end we submit the following additional sug- gestions: 1. That no firearms be permitted on said property. 2. That no trail riding be permitted. 3. That the property be used for daytime recreation only. 4. That the land be not rented or leased, except as to oil and mineral rights, and as -to such government agencies as the FistL and Game Commission and Division of Forestry. be retained 5. That the natural beauty of the property /as far as may be possible in connection with its development as a recreation area or as a source of water supply. Wilson, dated September 30, 1899 and recorded oh November 1, 1902, in Book H, at page 323 of Patents, records of San Luis Obispo County. The Official Plat of s aid Township filed in the United States General Land Office on October 3, 1903, designates the area embraced in said description as being a portion of Lot 49 thereon, and a notation appearing on said plat indicates that Lot 49 is the claim of one, ±.R. L. Nilson. Official Records of San Luis Obispo County do not reveal any reconciliation of the description used in said Patent with the land designated as Lot 49 -on said official plat, and no liability is assumed by this report as to the apparent variation of the boundari of the land as_ described in as iri A o Tn n October 3, 1903. We suggest that the United States Bureau of Land' Management at Washington, D. C., be contacted relative to clarification of the description. 3.
