For the Tank Farm Road portion in the Poinsettia to Righetti stretch, we strongly prefer the Alternative 1 "Road Diet" option. As nearby residents who turn left onto Tank Farm every day and frequently cross on foot, the single lane each direction will help sight lines greatly as well as helping traffic stay closer to the 35mph speed limit. Never have I observed Tank Farm traffic heavy enough to warrant more than one lane each direction. The added pedestrian crossing lights at Morning Glory and Righetti (and the slightly relocated signal at Poinsettia) are also needed for pedestrian safety. 1
