NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to paragraph l-3 of that Grant ofParking Easement dated January 8, l-988, Grace Church and Clinicagree, and Grace Church hereby consents to the above referenced agreement between the Ci-ty of San Luis Obispo and Clinic PropertiesPartnership dated December 20 , l-988.
