Hello City of SLO Promotional Coordinating Committee:
Greetings on behalf of Downtown SLO. We are thrilled to be recommended for full funding of our grant
request of $12,000 for our 29th Concerts in the Plaza free music series in Mission Plaza. Thank you for
your vote of confidence and endorsement in this free, community event we organize and execute with
several community partners including the City of San Luis Obispo. Concerts in the Plaza meets our
organization's mission in providing quality events to our community that helps foster an economical and
vibrant downtown in SLO.
Thank you to the committee for your due diligence in screening through so many worthy applicants and
friends of our non-profit organization doing great work in our community. It's noteworthy to see so many
of our counterparts in San Luis Obispo being recommended for this grant opportunity. Much appreciated
to the committee. Hope to see you at Mission Plaza this summer for an exciting lineup.
