Subject:Agenda 6e, May 20th meeting, Pickleball courts
Yes, I would like to comment in support of adding Pickleball courts in
your Righetti Park project. Though I am mainly a tennis player, I've
come to love Pickleball as well. It is an amazing sport to get people of
ALL levels of physical abilities out getting exercise, some
sun and socializing, who may otherwise be at home on the couch.
Hence, the benefits to the city is probably immeasurable even from just
a financial aspect, and the crowds at these courts prove that the need
exceeds the available courts.
Hope the right thing is done here and these courts will be added.
