I checked with Matt L. and these are not tied to any specific Council action. We are working on approvals for this project’s plans and these offers of dedication were required as part of that process. We will save copies to our files. I have included Phil, who has been the lead reviewer for these plans to date. @Dowty, Philip were you expecting CoVelop to record these offers? Or were we requesting review/approval of them prior to recordation. Also, these are just offers not the accepted easements (from my read). When will the City be formally accepting these dedications? @LaFreniere, Matt can you please save these files to the project folder and EPL cases?
