Hi Kevin,
Thanks for sending these over. I checked with Matt L. and these are not tied to any specific Council action. We
are working on approvals for this project’s plans and these offers of dedication were required as part of that
process. We will save copies to our files. I have included Phil, who has been the lead reviewer for these plans
to date.
@Dowty, Philip were you expecting CoVelop to record these offers? Or were we requesting review/approval of
them prior to recordation. Also, these are just offers not the accepted easements (from my read). When will the
City be formally accepting these dedications?
@LaFreniere, Matt can you please save these files to the project folder and EPL cases?

poftion of Lot 11 of the Map of the Orcutt-Subdivision, according to the map
recorded June 22, 1894 in Book 1 of Licensed Surueys, Page 19, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, described as follows;
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Morrison Street with McMillan
Avenue, (shown on said map as Lane and Orcutt Avene), as evidenced by a
brass pin in a monument well; thence long the centerline of Morrison Street East,
214.67 feet; thence leaving said centerline along a perpendicular line North,
22.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
