AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO 1.
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered in the City of San Luis Obispo on
2013 by and between the CITY oF sAN LUIS oBISpo, a municipal corporation, herein
after to as City, and Fruit Growers Laboratory Incorporated hereinafter referred to as Contractor
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on March 3, 2011, the City entered into an Agreement with Contractor for Laboratory
Analyses Services per Specification No. 91059; and
WI{EREAS, the City desires to amend the scope of services to include additional sampling and analysis for
the period January 31,2013 - January 31,2015, contract amount is not to exceed $91, 925.00 and Contractor has
submitted a proposal for this purpose that is acceptable to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual promises, obligations and covenants hereinafter
contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:
