Effective June 2nd, Finance and IT have temporarily relocated to accommodate a remodel to the lower

New User and Impact Fees Effective July 1, 2025
•User Fees
•For User Fees that were proposed to increase on
October 1, 2024, by more than 50% and $10, the
first half of the increase went into effect in October
2024 and the second half of the increase will be
effective July 1, 2025
•All others will increase by a CPI of 3%
•Impact Fees will increase by a CCCI of 5.15%
Starting in the first week of June, customers will be
able to see all fee prices effective July 1, 2025, at
www.slocity.org/fees.
Every year, we adjust fee amounts.
Effective July 1, 2025, both User and Impact Fees will increase:
