Finance Contact Information General Inquiries 781-7144 Cashier 781-7124 cashier@slocity.org Business License & Tax 781-7134 bt@slocity.org 8 New User and Impact Fees Effective July 1, 2025 •User Fees •For User Fees that were proposed to increase on October 1, 2024, by more than 50% and $10, the first half of the increase went into effect in October 2024 and the second half of the increase will be effective July 1, 2025 •All others will increase by a CPI of 3% •Impact Fees will increase by a CCCI of 5.15% Starting in the first week of June, customers will be able to see all fee prices effective July 1, 2025, at www.slocity.org/fees. Every year, we adjust fee amounts.
