I am a resident on Eto circle in San Luis Obispo. It has recently come to my attention that the homeowner
of this residence is trying to construct 2 additional bedrooms in his home.
Mr. Duffy is not doing this to help with the shortage of housing in San Luis Obispo . He is doing this to rent
to students. He’s doing it so he can charge more money for his house. He does little to improve his home
. We have CC&Rs in our community that govern front yard space which I feel is the responsibility of the
association to determine what can be changed. I wish that this could have been up for discussion and
residents noticed. Please send a copy of this to the city council.
