Legal Description for Public Street and Water Easements
Street Easements
That portion of the land described in the grant deed to Housing Authority of the City of San Luis
Obispo, a public body, corporate and politic, recorded August 9,2019, in lnstrument No. 2019-
032598, in the County Recorder's Office, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described
as follows:
The land lying northerly of the line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of Beach Street (50 feet wide), being
South 34o51'08" East, a distance of 6.32 feet from the intersection of said southwesterly
line of Beach Street (50 feet wide) and the southeasterly line of Leff Street (50 feet wide);
thence,
Leaving said southwesterly line of Beach Street South B1'16'12" West, a distance of 8.92
feet; thence,
North 8'43'48" West, a distance of 2.67 feet to said southeasterly line of Leff Street (50
feet wide).
Together with that portion of the land described in said grant deed lying northwesterly and
westerly of the line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Leff Street (50 feet wide), being North
sbrcB'12; East, a distance of 25.00 feet from the intersection of said southeasterly line of
Leff Street (50 feet wide) and the northerly line of High Street (60 feet wide); thence,
