New User and Impact Fees Effective July 1, 2025
•User Fees
•For User Fees that were proposed to increase on
October 1, 2024, by more than 50% and $10, the
first half of the increase went into effect in October
2024, and the second half of the increase will be
effective July 1, 2025
•All others will increase by a CPI of 3%
•Impact Fees will increase by a CCCI of 5.15%
Starting in the first week of June, customers will be
able to see all fee prices effective July 1, 2025, at
www.slocity.org/fees.
Every year, we adjust fee amounts.
Effective July 1, 2025, both User and Impact Fees will increase:

•Beginning Monday, July 7
•City Hall: Open M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM
•Other Offices: Open M-F, 8 AM – 4 PM
•Increased access
•Citywide consistency
•Same great service, better flexibility
•Online access still available 24/7
