The project is exempt from environmental review. To whom it may concern, My name is Heather Doss, and I am a resident at 140 Ferrini Rd. APT 8 San Luis Obispo Ca, 93405. I am addressing my concerns regarding the ongoing noise disturbances originating from the fraternity house behind my apartment, Delta Upsilon, and to support the potential consideration of revoking their ability to maintain housing or continue as a fraternity in this location. For the past 3 years, I have consistently experienced disturbances nearly every single weekend, which have negatively impacted my quality of life and my ability to peacefully enjoy my home. The noise includes loud music, yelling, shouting, and the use of vulgar language, all of which persist even after the designated quiet hours set by local ordinances. Despite multiple calls to the police to address these issues, the situation does not always calm down, and at times, the noise returns shortly after officers leave. I believe this ongoing disturbance is not only disruptive to my living environment but also to other residents who are directly affected. It is my hope that the county will take these repeated noise complaints into consideration when deciding the future of the fraternity status in our neighborhood. The consistent disturbances have made it difficult for residents, including myself, to feel comfortable and safe in our homes, and I believe this matter requires attention to ensure the well-being and peace of mind of the surrounding community. Thank you for considering my statement. Sincerely, Heather Doss 1
