Conditions: All encroachment permits for work performed within the public right-of-way shall conform to recognized standards of construction and the requirements and conditions contained in the current City of San Luis Obispo Engineering Standards, Standard Specifications, City Policies and the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD) for work zones traffic control. I understand that failure to comply with all the requirements could cause the permit to be revoked and/or cause me to lose my privilege to work within the City right-of–way for 2 years.
