Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), I
am requesting copies of all records, contracts, agreements, MOUs, pilot project documentation, and
all emails (including attachments) sent to or from the City of San Luis Obispo, its employees, City
Council members, and the Mayor, from January 1, 2023, through September 11, 2025, that pertain to:
Ichi Plan Inc
Employees or representatives of Ichi Plan Inc, including but not limited to Brandon
Levey and Tim Raiter
This request specifically includes, but is not limited to:
All written agreements, contracts, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), and documentation
concerning pilot projects, initiatives, or collaborations with Ichi Plan Inc
All email correspondence (including internal communication, attachments, and calendar
invitations) involving City of Fremont employees, City Council members, the Mayor, or other
city officials, exchanged with or discussing Ichi Plan Inc, Brandon Levey, or Tim Raiter
If portions of records are exempt from disclosure, please provide the nonexempt portions and cite
the authority for any exemptions. Please advise of any fees associated with the fulfillment of this
request before processing, and make records available electronically whenever possible.
Please confirm receipt of this request and provide an estimated timeframe for completion in
accordance with the California Public Records Act.
