SUBJECT: Item # 4a - REVIEW OF AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 17 OF THE CITY’S
MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONING REGULATIONS) SECTION 17.02.020 TO
INCLUDE AN APPLICABILITY SUBSECTION
Staff has identified two typographical errors in the Planning Commission Staff Report and
Resolution regarding the section of the City’s Municipal Code being amended. Please
see the correct information below:
• Reference to SLOMC Section 7.02.020 within the staff report, page 11, should be
17.02.020.
• Reference to SLOMC Section 7.02.020 in Exhibit A of the Resolution, page 17,
should be 17.02.020.
