DISCUSSION
The Council Compensation Committee directed staff to draft language for a survey to be
issued to active and previous City Council members within the last 6 years, as well as for
a survey to be issued to active and previous Advisory Body members within the last 4
years. The Committee also asked for draft language for an “Open Cit y Hall” survey that
will be available for community member input. Staff have drafted these surveys for the
Committee’s consideration using the direction of the current Committee and previous
surveys created at the direction of the 2020 Council Compensation Committee
(Attachments A – C).
