On May 11, 2015, City of San Luis Obispo Community Development Department staff inspected the
property at the above referenced address and noted the following violations of the San Luis Obispo
Municipal Code or other relevant codes:
MC§17.17.075G: Graffiti; The walls have written in paint "PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OUT" and
"NO TRASH NO SMOKING IN OR OUT".
We request that you voluntarily take action to correct the above noted violation(s) no later than
5/27/2015. These violations constitute a public nuisance and must be abated to prevent the issuance of
an Administrative Citation and FINES in accordance with SLOMC Chapter 1.24. Any person having a
title interest in the property may appeal this Notice by completing the enclosed Request for Director's
Review Form and submitting it to the Community Development Department, 919 Palm Street, San Luis
Obispo, CA 93406. The interpretation of any code relevant to this Notice shall be deemed final unless
any appeal is filed within 10 days. Municipal Code violations may be charged as infractions or
misdemeanors and are punishable by fine and/or incarceration.
