Please reconsider this project as currently proposed. 30 apartments with only 14
parking spaces is ridiculous! I urge you to take a drive down Augusta when
school is letting out or on Friday trash pickup. As much as you would like to think
that tenants will walk, bike or use public transportation the reality is they won’t.
Just look the current overflow street parking from the current apartments and
employees of the multiple health facilities and businesses.
Again, Please reconsider the size of this project.
