DESIGN (SITE CODE: 102554)
Dear Mr. Hulburd:
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has reviewed the Response to
DTSC Comments for the 280-290 Pismo Street, 1390 Walker Street, San Luis Obispo,
California 93401 (Letter), dated September 18,2025. Terra-Petra Environmental
Engineering (Terra-Petra) prepared the Letter for Covelop Collaborative Development
(Covelop). The Letter was submitted September 22,2025,
DTSC review of the subject document yielded no further comments. Therefore, the
Revised Vapor lntrusion Mitigation System Basis of Design submittals are approved.
