DISCUSSION Section 906 of the City Charter requires that the City Council approve the sale or disposal of surplus property with an estimated value greater than $.100. City Department Heads have identified the vehicles listed in Exhibit A as surplus vehicles. These vehicles have been replaced in accordance with the replacement guidelines (cost of operation, maintenance status, and vehicle condition) in the City's Fleet Management Program.
