Do not list alternative subcontractors for the same work. Subcontracting must conform to section 5- 1.13 of the Special Provisions. For Streets & Highways projects, subcontractors performing less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) worth of work need not be mentioned. Subcontractors required to pay prevailing wage, must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 to be listed. NOTE: If there are no subcontractors, write "NONE" and submit with bid.
